The catalog of ships: New video of Atlantic Fleet’s battle wagons

Looks like we got ourselves a Condor.

Looks like we got ourselves a Condor.

WWII naval gunnery sim Atlantic Fleet didn’t hit its planned 2014 ship date (I want credit for resisting the urge to pun there), but producer Paul Sincock has been eagerly showing off progress on his Facebook page that suggests the Pacific Fleet follow-up isn’t too far off.

One particularly sugary bit of eye candy from a couple of weeks ago is a video featuring every single one of the forty-seven Royal Navy and Kriegsmarine ship classes that you’ll be able to take into Atlantic Fleet’s turn-based fights. If you’re the right kind of nerd this is just going to make your day — the level of detail in the ship models is extraordinary.

I remain a big fan of the original Pacific Fleet so I’m waiting for Atlantic Fleet to come down the slipway as eagerly as anybody. The new iOS & Android release window is for “early 2015″ — I’ll let you know when that picture sharpens up a bit. In the meantime, watch the parade of boats after the jump.
